How much notice do you need for an order?

I prefer 4-6 weeks in advance. This way I can confirm designs, and order the supplies needed to create your art.

What is the minimum number of cookies I can order?

The minimum order of regular sized cookies is 2 dozen. Mini sized cookies is 3 dozen. You can add 1 dozen minis to an existing order of the same theme. Regular sized cookies are 3″-4″ in size while mini sized cookies are 1.5″-2.5″ You can also order 1 dozen characters/logo cookies to an existing order of regular cookies of the same theme.

Vanilla

This classic vanilla sugar cookie is baked with high quality vanilla that makes these a client favourite.

Confetti

Want to add a little sparkle to your cookies? Add confetti! Sprinkles that is, to your existing vanilla cookie to make them *pop*

Ginger Molasses*

Ginger molasses cookies make their appearance during the holiday season and are a huge hit! The added bonus is my house smells amazing when I’m baking them.

Are your cookies nut free?

The recipes themselves are nut free, but I don’t have a nut free kitchen. If there is an allergy, please notify me so I can take every precaution.

Do you deliver?

No, I cannot deliver, but we can set up an Uber to arrange pickup at your own cost if you cannot pick up yourself.

Can I freeze the cookies?

Yes! Using an airtight container, leave your cookies in their heat sealed package. When you’re ready for them, take them out of the freezer 24 hours before. Do not open the lid as condensation may happen and can ruin the icing.

Can I order if I don’t know my theme?

Yes! This is when we can bounce ideas off of each other and come up with the perfect set to go with your event.

How does payment work?

I require a 50% deposit to book your date. The remaining 50% is due a day before pickup. You can send me an e-transfer to info@kallenbakery.ca, cash or pay by credit card (if you are to pay by credit card, there is a service fee of 3% attached to any orders so please notify me beforehand how you plan to pay.)

How are the cookies packaged?

Cookies are individually packaged and heat sealed for freshness. Ribbons, custom tags & boxes come at a fee.

Have dietary restrictions?

That’s ok! You can still enjoy a sweet something. I offer vegan & gluten free options. Need them to be both vegan and gluten free? Sounds good to me. I want you to be included in the cookies fun!
